How long is the free offering available?
You can use shopreme’s Scan & Go core service free of charge for 3 months. Afterwards you either switch to the paid licence model or easily cancel the service – without any restrictions, of course.

Do you offer shopreme as a white label app?
Yes. We offer shopreme as white label apps for iOS, Android and as a web client.
How is data imported into the system?
Required data can either be uploaded using a CSV file or be pulled from an existing ERP if desired. Integration can be done by retailers themselves or be provided as a service by shopreme.
How does the Mobile Payment process work?
shopreme offers a wide range of different payment methods (PayPal, credit card, ApplePay, SEPA...) and works with several industry-standard payment providers such as Adyen or Wordline (SIX, Payunity). shopreme creates a digitally signed invoice automatically after the payment – so the receipts your customers receive are compliant with the EU’s fiscalization regulations. Avoiding printing receipts makes a significant contribution to environmental protection, and customers have the convenience of having their invoices always available in the app.
Which kind of checkout processes do you offer?
Customers can either check-in via Bluetooth or scan a QR code at the beginning of their shopping journey. Customers can checkout at a payment terminal, the manned POS or completely via mobile app. Based on smart risk mitigation algorithms, shopreme decides which customers should be selected for a random basket check by your employees. The employees receive their own App which allows them to perform basket checks of individual customers easily, while keeping an overview of all real-time activity within the store.
Which features does the checkout assistant include?
A live monitor app where your employees see how many customers are using Scan & Go at the moment. The checkout assistant’s re-scan function enables your employees to ensure that the customers have scanned and payed all products. And an age verification tool to check the age of customers when adding age-restricted products to their basket.
Which setup does the store need to be ready-to-use Scan & Pay?
All you need is recent product range and price data in a standardised format such as a CSV file – then we are ready to go. To make the customers using your app- or web-version of your shopreme, , raise awareness for your Scan & Go solution. You can for example provide them with a QR Code to download the App or open the Web app.
What is the benefit of the Store Front feature?
The Store Front enables you to publish real-time customized advertisements and useful information, such as reminding them to keep distance to others. Choose from a variety of Carousel formats and design your individual message.
